We believe in doing business in the most professional manner that we can. If you contact us, and we are unavailable to speak to you in person, we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Most voice messages are returned on the same or next business day. We do check our email daily and usually respond within 24 hrs.

Our business model is not based on the Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 work week, as the majority of our clients are. As a result, we ask you to provide us with a couple of return contact phone numbers. Sometimes it is easier to discuss your needs in the evening rather than during the day. Most of our events occur on weekends, so please keep this in mind when trying to reach us by phone. If you are planning a trip to Tahoe, feel free to call us in advance to set up an appointment if you would like to meet in person.
